this Poem is one of my favorites among many more..
but this poem in particular is a bit closer to my heart lately.
It resembles beauty at its purest form, Love in the highest capacity a human can describe it in. this captures how I see the beauty with in the person I love,
she is one of a kind... you can say the last of a dying breed. she is many things but because of how life has been hard on her she lost touch of who she really is. You see all the mud and stones that was thrown at her was not left behind or misplaced. she's tired its taking a toll on her.
she can say she is fine but her eyes say otherwise. for many years she had suffered and endured lots of pain, losses, mistreatment, lies, and much much more. You would think with everything she's been through there is no way she is still standing. But she is! She is fierce, courageous, and stronger then she releases or give herself credit for. All those years of life coming at her with things she used all those rocks and mud to build herself a castle no one could ever have access too
like the Poem she redefined what love means to me. you see I thought I knew everything there was to love someone, Until she came into my life. she has shown me love is many things but nothing of what I thought it was. She's taught me love is patient, love hurts, it's passionate, its painful but understanding, love is FORGIVING, and many more things. You know you are in love when you can't go a hour without thinking of them or memories you've made putting a smile on your face multiple times through out the day, It goes beyond the sheets, it goes into our deepest and darkest part on our heart,
But with her it was so easy you can say natural to open up to and tell her every little thing that has made me who I am today. Things that I never spoken on or ever thought of confessing because of shame, embarrassment , and pain I didn't want to relive.
She is someone I could of only have in my dreams because women like her don't go for guy's like....
When she first walked into my life as more then A friend it was like I had taken a breath of fresh air for the first time that I can't live without now and if I take A deep enough breath I can get a hit of her fragrance in the tip of my nose like if she was next to me in that moment in time. She gives this type of love that is rare and many search for their whole life but never find it. You can call me lucky but I am beyond BLESSED to have cross paths and intertwin with her.
* So beautiful if you read this the light you carry within that you never realized you had, embrace it. show it off and if you feel down, overwhelmed, or unattractive LOOK UP and remind yourself how important and beautiful you are to me and to the world. you have lit my world up and shined so much light into all my dark spaces. Thank you for showing me what love really means.
